I'm completely new, did i over do it?

Someone help me figure this out. I have no friends that have sites, (not many in the ghetto) but i have one and it gets good traffic but doesnt get clicks. So i just crammed abunch of ads on my pages all the way thru the site. let me know

When you say you're getting good traffic, what are we talking about here, and did you use Traffic Swarm to get it?

i just started with tswarm this month, so i guess no. But i do use them now. It doesnt seem like they help much. I advertise around my city. thanks for answering so quik. I meant to ask why i have same ads every page.

 

So what kind of traffic are we talking about here? And ads are determined by what Adsense "reads" on your page. If there isn't one keyword that pops up, it'll deliver generic ads from the category it's assigned to your site. In this case, black-themed/urban ads.

 

just regular traffic from ads and stuff.

 

What kind of numbers are you getting.

 

This sucks, i get allot of people for the name. the name is good, but no one ever clicks the ads, what gives? so i changed to this new format and it went up (1) now i get 1-3 a day, from a few hundred visitors.

 

Is that 1000-2000 impressions or uniques? And are they all coming from places like Traffic Swarm? I.e. Are you getting organic traffic? Back links, search engines...?

 

i actually made 8 bucks yesterday

 

I have a site that had 4000 uniques today and barely made $2.

Sometimes you just have to accept that your readers dont click ads

 

husla jack is right, you have to change the ad link color to something more catchy. I would also take a look at your color scheme its very irratic and the layout is very messy as well. You could pay someone to fix your site out cause to be honest its of poor quality. Sorry if thats not what you wanted to hear dude.

 

i am no artist so hurt feelings are unlikely. i have 100 articles written and needed a site to send em too. thanks for the input, i will get better i hope. thanks doods.
