    I'm searching for a cms that has some of this features

    Lyrycs Section module

    Articles/news section module

    Uploading viewing videos

    All this only the admin me :)

    And one more thing users (the cms must have forum to) can upload theyer own pictures (limited number per user on chathegorys made by admin)

    Have you tried joomla?
    It has so many component/addon that maybe fit with with your need

    Browsing www.hotscripts.com/PHP you can find a CMS intended for Bands with venues calendar, as well as scripts expressly designed for lyrics submission.

    However I have not seen any that combine the features you want altogether

    You can do these things with most cms's. You just need to modify them and add plugins/extensions. Try checking out drupal, joomla/mambo, or even Wordpress. Wordpress can be modified to do this.

    I use Joomla, you can use openSEF to make nice urls

    Check the joomla forums and ask the same question in there, you'll find everyone is very helpful
