    Hello everyone,

    I own a blog on my favorite music artist and I am looking to add something like a Wiki to it for a lyrics section.

    I want users to be able to sign up and then they have access to add their own lyrics from the music artist or correct some lyrics which another user has entered.

    Of course, an admin has to approve the changes etc and has the right to ban the person who signed up just to spam.

    So does anyone have any ideas of what software I can use for this? Or have any examples?

    With special requirement, I think you should outsource and coder will implement everything you need.

    Theres MediaWiki, if you you can't install it, PM me and i can do it for you
    Theres a bit manual Work in the installation, not alot, if you can't manage or so, let me know

    Does MediaWiki do everything which I want though... I don't think it lets me (the admin) ban users and approve the changes made by the users?

    Yes, it can, its the base of wikipedia, if its missing functionality you need, you can also install plugin for it(its quite manual, but its doable or again, get someone like me to do it for you)
    wikipedia uses highly moded mediawiki

    mediawiki will be a good option. if you have godaddy account. they can install it for you ..
