    I think that's definitely suspect because the images and ads are perfectly aligned. I wouldn't risk it personally - AdSense accounts are difficult to get a second time around!

    Yeah dude don't risk it. I changed my whole niche just to get around the image next to ads thing. Im sure you can make this sacrifice for the long term

    I still see some sites with images next to their ads...those people sure got nerves. With so many people getting banned these days, its not worth to risk it, even though its still sometimes subjective. Some G staff may not have a problem with it, some other staff might...
