Images not displaying need help

    Hi, I not very techno, but I'll try to ask the right question. I have a site which is cache, but as I add new images to pages they can't br displayed. In fact they say the image can't be found. I usually select them from my pc and they upload tho my site. Is there a way that I can have images on my hosting and refer to them from my my site. I sometimes use the same images in different posts and up with 3 or 4 in my media in my site. This must be slowing my site down! I want to speed it up. :) Can anyone give me a process to follow. As I said I'm not techno, but give me a process and I can follow it. Thanks in advance.
