    I found a site (it is not mine) that with a background image in the right of the ads. Check the ads from the up and the bottom of the page:

    What do you think...is this against the TOS? I think the placement is different from what google says not to do.

    Agreed, the photos are encapsulated by the ads, so will be against TOS
