    I'd start by changing the label on the ad in the right column. The text above it ("Recent Posts") is misleading, and Google can bust you for that.

    Beyond that, I'd try to get more ads in the main column (between posts, etc), rather than chucked in the sidebar.

    Okie Dokie, I done that.
    I moved all adsense to inside the posts with a WordPress Plugin. Hopefully when people are watching the videos there eyes will wonder to the ads...

    Put a large rectangle box between the first and second post (above the fold, thats what counts)

    I visited the site now and I dont see any google ads at all.... try putting a banner ad at the top above your first post
