Improving AdSense Performance

Hello Every one,
Just i read an article of webmaster, Providing the information of How we Improving AdSense Performance. I am confused with this line.

"Don't use Low-Paying Competing Ads
Don't clutter your page with competing ads that don't pay. If a user clicks on an ad that pays you $.01, they are not clicking on an ad that pays you $.30."

It means If we search Dating it shows "432,000,000 " if we search for "yarn" it shows "25,800,000 " which one is batter. above point shows that if anyone click on dating words addsense pay u $.01. And if you click on "yarn" it will pay you $0.30. I hope you understand. Please clear this confusion which keywords are most paying for google adsense. more competing ads or less competing ads.

I have what are trying to ask here..

obviously some keywords pay more than others because advertisers are ready to pay more per visitor..

 

Just am asking that some keywords have more searches and competions they pay more? If some one clicks on our google ads.

 

whoever wrote that really, really doesn't know what they're talking about.

the number of results has nothing to do with how much you'll be paying. in fact, with the examples given, I'd expect the extreme opposite: dating to be paying a lot more than yarn. dating being a much, much more active, competitive category than, uh, yarn.

the best way to get a rough estimation of which keywords will perform best would be to go to google's adwords program and see how much they'll estimate for you.

 

Or if you want a general aproximation, use the Overture Bid tool.
