In-text placement or above title?

Would you recommend I place adsense within the text of the article, or should I place it above the title of the article? Or do you recommend somewhere else besides those two options?

I am not just trying to maximize profits -- I would also like to minimize intrusion for the reader. But at the same time, even the MOST intrusive adsense doesn't really phase me much anymore as I just block it out....just a thought.

 

I would blend it into the content without disturbing the flow of the content (like not breaking text). Maybe center a box or right-align a box in the middle of the article.

 

If I do in-text, is there a way to automate it? I don't feel like adding the code to my post every time...

 

Look for plugins or how-tos on Google, I'm sure you'll find it.

Definitely in content. You will have an exponentially higher ctr if its in content as opposed to sitting off on the side where nobody's eyes are looking.

 

What size adsense would you recommend for in-text? Also, what part of the post do you recommend it be placed in?

 

You can put the Adsense recommended box in between paragraphs aligned right or center (whichever works best for you). Or you can blend it so text wraps around it. But I'd go with the first choice.

 

Added 200x200 adsense within text of articles. What do you think?
