In What would you invest if you had $14K per month?

Since I assume the 14k a month is excess from his business. The opportunities of this business to expand profits with a signifficant rate of return on equity or time is lower than other places.


You could invest in stock, the thing is.. Most people either trade stock, or simply buy it not so much invest in companies behind it. Reading a bit about buffett and learning the ins and outs of financial analysis would help.

Real estate is good but it might be too management intensive for you. (the type of real estate that would most likely be purchased is smaller stuff) If you however, saved for a while and were investing in multi-million dollar office buildings with building managers or something it might be a little less of a daily management proposition for you.

You could also do franchises.

 

Just stay away form real estate in major metro areas

Currently Iam investing in Stocks (tech, cylical stocks, foreign and etc..) and real estate investing (lots and land, sfr and others)..real estate right now is down just like when the stock market was down during the 2000-2001. but I believe real estate investing should flare up next year with record foreclosures coming in.

So we are all speculating about where this $14k is coming from.
Is this just theoretical, or is it available to start companies?

Personally, I am much more into selling products than selling
advertising. Look for a niche that you are interested in,
and create a store.

Stocks:
Invest in stocks in emerging markets, they give returns of 40-100% annually, may be more for long term prospects.
+ day trading, weekly trading can help get more profits

Gold:
Gold is everyshining metal investment there always worth

IPO:
Invest in ipo's in world market , in companies with good fundamantals
example: google ipo came out with $86 price of stock now $ 400 +

Other Investments
Mutual funds, property funds, domain names, investing in small sized companies etc.

AS for now i don't have this kind of money but i think its achivable, and i aim to earn around 14K, per month

As for now i can tell that my idea of earning 14k/m is based on services available to anyone with PC and internet.

Meanwhile, i have another idea how to change radicaly how affiliate programs works and how to reduce click fraud at same time.I hope i'll sell this concept to google, msn, and yahoo and i think i would spend some money to do so.
but IPOs are hot, google is an best example.
