incorporation issues?

    I would like to offshore incorporate, and I have couple of questions that some of you may know the answers.

    I see all this sites doing the service of incorporation for you on the net, but I am just not sure how safe it is to go trough them. How this is regulated? How can I know they will do right service for me, and is this regulated by law in those countries? What if my registered agent office suddenly disappears, what will happen to my LLC?

    What is the best type of setup to choose when incorporating internationally (not US based)? Should it be LLC or some corporation type?
    Can you also tell me which state in US is the best to incorporate in (Nevada vs. Delaware)? Also, if you have some real recommendations on trust-worthy service providers, please share. I will use it mainly for freelance work invoices, and adsense income earned on my sites.

    I would very much appreciate your answers, and I think the community in general will benefit allot of all the answers delivered in one place.
