    Also if it was me I'd get rid of all those little images on bottom of page...(vote for me)

    And I'd change the ads to the bottom in exchange with the text:

    Text then URL then ads

    Your CTR will go up the more remove your outgoing links. You can get stupidly high CTRs if all your links are exclusively onsite and AdSense.
