    I use a dual monitor setup, but find the more open windows I have the less likely I am to get any concentrated work done. So I wrote a little program last night that's sort of like a selective screensaver that turns the left screen black and lets me concentrate on my main screen. When I mouse over the left screen it shows the windows on it. After 15 seconds it blanks the left screen again if my mouse has moved back to the main screen.

    The quick and dirty program with VB source is enclosed below. Feel free to use and modify. The code's pretty simple and ugly but hey...you get what you for for :p

    It assumes 2 monitors with the main monitor the one on the right. Also, it's Windows only of course
    Usage: After starting the program a systemwide hotkey of Alt-F2 will toggle enabling/disabling the program. When disabled, a little window pops up with an exit button to end the program
