    I read lots of places where if you make Digg friends and have successful Diggs, you increase your ability to have successful Diggs later? What's the best way to do this? Can you increase your profile by submitting good stories?

    Digg others' stuff, and send them an e-mail creating a "friend."

    People mostly Digg time wasters: Funny stuff, cool pictures, quizzes....
