    That is a very simple way to look at things.

    It is not just about supply and demand.

    A web designer should charge what they are worth.

    You're treating every person like a monkey that doesn't have their own skill sets and experience. You should be ashamed of yourself.

    There is nothing to be ashamed of. It is business you Source where you get for Less. Billions of worth software projects are outsourced to India, Philipines, Pakistan. Just because it is worth there. NO.
