Indian VAT & CST system help...plz

    hi friend,

    planning to start a dropship in india, but got stuck with VAT and CST indian system.

    plz help if you have exp in indian vat & cst system.

    Here is the picture

    1) We have items in our warehouse
    2) people list those on their stores
    3) Customer buy form their website/ebay stores
    4) Once the item sold
    5) Store Owner place the order with us.
    6) We ship the item to end customer.

    The problem

    Wholesale Item cost : 500 INR
    Store Owner Sold : 1500 INR

    We dont want to paste the invoice when shipping to customer. Because we sold it to Store Owner in 500 INR, and Store Owner sold it for 1500 INR.

    This is pretty odd picture, but this concept will flow good in india. and i am much eagor to start this up asap.

    Please help us on this, sothat we start a new service in india.
