I think I want to get me an Indian woman

Are they hard to come by? It seems like most of them I saw in India were married.

Would they want an American guy?

I don't know if I could move to India, though...

Seriously though this thread is a bit mad isn't it? It is certainly a little un PC Women are not objects to be coveted, you should woo them. Try finding an english language Indian forum.

Indian women are beautiful, but you cannot just go out and buy one. As OWG said you'll have to woo them just as any other woman.

There are a lot of Indian woman who would marry an American for green card, but if i was in your shoes i would'nt marry such a girl, as it is very much obvious what she wants.

Marry a girl whom you truly love and more imporatantly she should be head over heels for you.

 

They are like Indian trains where you have to make a reservation months ago and still u get reservation in RAC or waiting list. And now a days they are like Indian Airlines where u get in because of cheap tickets but than u get 3rd class services.

Even if u get a reservation or booking you never know whether you will be able to complete your ride because if they find another better track they will change it kicking you out.

I suggest you join in some Big desi community ... such as "desiboard.us" or something ...and try and get along with the convo speak with it, get along with them and if there's truly some Indian lady made for you it would be before long, we'd find her posting here as Mrs. ZachG ... Being in India, I myself come from a very conservative family, but the way the fairer sex is dealing with challenges in India, truly amazes me and makes me respects them a lot ... Such terms only degrade their honour and this makes me ashamed That's it ... No offence ...

No offence taken, but there are a lot of women who do that. No dis respect meant to any women (Indian or not), but its the truth.

You cannot turn your back onto something that you see everyday.
Maybe you never came across such people, I am from Punjab and i see/hear these things quite regularly, although i completely disagree with mentality of such people. They are just crazy.
