So what part are you arguing against? That he was in USA when he committed the crime or that releasing a CIA agent and putting her life and all other professional contacts she has in danger is a terrorism?
Don't you think threatening and putting a life of government agent in danger can be considered a terrorist act?

Again, I ask you to think before you post. Your little mind seems to be going a hundred miles an hour, skipping right over reality.

This fits your friend and hero, Jose Padilla, an al qaida terrorist who was planning a dirty bomb attack on/in the US. However it does not fit Libby in the least.

But further, Libby is charged with lying about his conversations with reporters. He is not accused of outing a CIA officer.

Please think before you post. Gloating is fine, but make it accurate, for once ;)

Chill out nerds. The wheels of justice turn slowly so we will have to wait for the trial and the verdict and sentencing assuming he is found guilty.

Anyway this whole indictment is stupid. Names get leaked all the time...its not the end of the world or anything sut a mishap. Im sure Valerie Plame has no hard feelings.

I have this terrible problem of pronouncing the "C" in "indicted". :)
When pronouncing the "c", could this be what happens to Scooter at night with his cell mate?

The site is the United States Department of Justice. I suppose one "could" refer to their website as a "pro patriot act page." Have you written them an email to question their integrity?

You might consider writing Congressman Devin Nunes as well:

May be they could change the name and call it:

United Sates Department of Injustice. ;)

What does that have anything to do with the facts in the matter? Or the way the law is written? Not to mention the government, rules, decisions made by prosecutors, etc have been ruled unconstitutional in the past.

Neither your old link or the new link does not state in such a case it could not be considered 'domestic terrorism' it actually if you read it for what it states, does state it could be ruled as such.

Actually if you research the website at all it came about from the administration including Ashcroft during the time they were debating to keep the patriot act and to expand it's powers, I don't think there is any question or rationale to question if it is a pro patriot act page or not. I actually remember when it was reported on the news that it was opening, for a 'pro patriot act' page to attempt to show people it was for the good of the US, aka promote their agenda.

I am surprised that you are surprised that this administration falsifies the texts and the information. :D
