So I couldn't find this exact answer on the Indiegogo website, and I figured maybe someone here would know. I work from home with my father and he owns a computer company. It's still relatively small but we are growing. He wants to set up a Cloud Hosting Server for our clients and for other small businesses at an affordable rate. My question is, with Flexible Funding, if the goal is not met do we still have to provide the 'perks'? I ask this because with what we want to provide, it won't be possible to do so unless we reach our goal and are able to get everything set up.

On another note, have any of you used Indiegogo for your ventures and if so did you have success?

Yes, you have to provide the perks, otherways the people backing your project will be screwed. You should use their regular funding plan, it has lower fees, too.

I haven't used indiegogo for my projects, but I have backed a few projects(including the Ubuntu project) and have positive experies(perks were delivered or my money was refunded).
