i saw that they have maxed 150 adsense sites, so you need to buy 150 domains for just that? i think making the urls seo friendly can do the trick even on 1 domain name, sorry i can't cite some examples as links are not yet available for me. :(

If you want to just focus on AdSense then use Sub-Domain because sub domains are freely available on sites such as ..

    1) netfirms.com
    2) tripod.com
    3) greatnow.com
    4) batcave.net
    5)150m.com

if you use subdomains you're driving traffic to a domain not your own, IMHO register your own domain and drive traffic to it also for PR's sake.

If you can afford domains for each one then why not. It would be easier to promote and most directories accept only top level domains for free submissions.

If not then a subdomain on your own domain would be good enough.

You could buy one generic domain name and then create subdomains from that.

That's what I have done. something like pearz76.com and then create the sub-domains from that. xxxxx.pearz76.com.

Am I correct in thinking that if you someday decide to sell one of your subdomains or put it on its own server, you will really mess up your SEO? From what I read 301 redirects don't necessarily work all that well.

Personally, I think $8 or so per year is a small price to pay for the freedom to move, change, sell any individual site without impacting other sites.

Is to get your own domain.
    Then good hosting.
Then you can add sub-domains to that domain.
Keeping in mind that to optimize the sub-domains, they should have some relevancy to the main domain.
