Internet bank account, possible?

Hi,
do you know for some good INTERNET bank, I need internet bank account, I need to create it online, option to add money to my account (WIRE, CC etc.), option to use that money to pay somebody, option to get debit card from them and after all low fees, I don`t need some account where I must pay $50 to load $100 to account and other $50 to transfer it somewhere...

Exist some internet bank? Something better than paypal (I can`t add money to my account because they don`t allow it for my country), moneybookers etc.?

i know there is a website called something like smartmoneypigg or something, jason santamaria designed it, the guy who designed the wordpress interface, its an online savings account. i know you can get accounts from banks which are online only with online banking accounts, there really good but i only know of Europe based ones, i think there is many US based ones but i have never used them

 

Isn't this called a paypal account?

Seriously though, I have a paypal account and haven't had a need to use anything else. I can transfer funds to my savings account if needed, although I have a credit card that is attached to the paypal account so I never need to do that. I can spend money directly from there, and transfer if I ever need to do so.

 

I think you can also get a paypal credit card, not sure if there still available but i remember they where at one point, it was possible to actually spend your paypal funds in a store with a paypal card. I remember someone having one a few years ago.

As far as I know, Internet bank accounts are for online accounts only. If you don't have an account, you can make a request then your account management will only be handled it online through a website.
