    Hi,
I recently cannot access the internet only specific sites, like DP, google. I can google but the problem is this: the sites I find to resolve my problem are not opening, none of them.

    |I don't know what happened because a few days ago COMODO alerted me about some suspicious things with Skype, so I terminated skype, since then I cannot access the internet.

My IP changed to another number. Only tor works, the antivirus updates are up to date and everything. Skype doesn't work, utorrent works.
    What could be the problem?

if you don't have an access to internet nothing can work, including torrent.
I am not certain but it sounds like a DNS issue with your ISP. Call your ISP.

If you restart your computer in safe mode, can you then access the sites, or they still come up blank?

I'd be sweeping your computer for viruses asap.

If you can access websites using a phone or tablet on the same wifi connection then its not an ISP issue - important to work that out early.

Let us know if @Foxxy's safe mode suggestion throws up anything.

It sounds like you are only accessing cached pages. I think it is your internet adapter. Try resetting it.

No. If you are using the default DNS given by the ISP, and if the DNS doesn't work properly you may not access some sites due to their global reaching inability. Some sites on a particular network or some parts of the World, may not be accessible while there is no issue in browsing of majority of all the other websites.
I think OP should call ISP to ask if there is an issue
or it would a better way to replace the DNS IP numbers of his computer to some public DNS IP numbers.
