    What programme shall I use so that I can insert few nice pictures of ballons, clowns, confetti or birthday cake?

    It sounds like you don't have any programs so in that case you would be looking for Photoshop or Photoshop Elements. These both cost money but you could also use Gimp which is 100% free.

    Are they twins?

    I'm sure someone on DP would do this for free if you post the details. We're not all money hungry blood suckers :)

    If you want to do it yourself, you could use something as crude as Word or OpenOffice (which is free).
