    I currently am running IP board as my forums and I was wanting to start using XenForo, I was wondering how I can install XenForo and not lose any posts or members? I am terrified of losing everything and having to start over.

    You help will be highly appreciated!!!

    I figured it out. I had a forum already running with content and I didnt want to lose the content while switching to a new forum software. What I did was backed up my database and once I installed the new forum software I just basically restored all the content and users from my database back-up.
