Irrelevant text ads ... how to quickly fix it?

I have a brand new forum where I have some Google text ads below the top navigation bar and on the right side under the "Quick Register".

In the beginning the ads were of relevance (i.e. master thesis writing related) but now this has changed and every time I log onto the website I see irrelevant ads that have to do with Password, PHP Programming etc.

This has dramatically effected my Adsense earnings. Can you please advise how I can quickly and effectively fix it?

In order to display relevant ads, do Section Targeting.

 

Add Tagcloud, or add text about the forum topic in the footer.

 

angilina, thanks for the link. i've read it but i am having hard times putting it in the right place. do you know where in the adsense code should I place it? and if not a problem can you clarify by "Line" they mean a No. of a line or specific text e.g. Master Your Thesis Home

uploads forgive ignorance but i am unsure about the Tagcloud and how to go about it. i have tried to the footer solution and it did not seem to work for me. I don't know may be I should wait a bit before it takes any effect.
