    Not based in the US, so you can be in charge all you like.

    Ended up largely avoiding Ebola stricken countries, spent time in Guinea and Liberia, but was mostly in Benin, Togo and Gabon where there was nothing major. Couldn't clear the e-gate at customs, but the officer was only concerned about my yellow fever injections rather than Ebola.

    The news media axiom is "If it bleeds, it leads..." However, after a while it became clear that there was not a lot of danger to other parts of the world, so the story stopped "bleeding."
