    Hello,
I have around 25 blogs each earning $15-$25/month from adsense & infolinks. Though i am new to this forum and website sale business, can anyone please suggest me that is it better for me to sell my blogs on digitalpoint forum marketplace and what should be my asking price for each website. Please suggest if i could sell my blogs to some other marketplace for better price.

    Thanks in advance!

Pretty vast questions, don't you think? Selling your websites on DigitalPoint? Sure, why not, this is why they have a section for this. Someone evaluating your websites? I seriously doubt that. No one can give you an estimate without the domain names and even then I highly doubt anyone would give you an objective value. You are the ones selling them so you are the one that has to determine their value. You can look around such marketplaces and see what types of websites sell for what price, see what factors are involved and gain a better idea. At the very least you can start with a price you think its fair and then tweak it according to the demand for the other sites too. ;)

With $15 to $25 a month, you will not going to make much money.

Here is my suggestion, scale your sites up (preferably a few at a time). If you manage to take the monthly revenue up (say around $200/mo per site), you can easily make a few grands with every site you own - yes.

When you sell sites anywhere, the seller is mainly interested in how much money the site earns? $15 seems to be too low and it will surely degrade the actual value of your site. A better option is to re-invest the monthly revenue, scale up and then think of selling your sites.

Here's a little math to consider. You have 25 producing sites averaging $20 per site. You are making, therefore, $500 per month or $6,000 per year. 1x annual revenue is a reasonable price for a website, but because it involves 25 websites, it may be less attractive to a buyer (more work to do on 25 sites than on 1 site.)

Now, if you can show that you make a profit on the $500 (say $100 per month after expenses) you could do a different calculation. $1,200 profit per year could be worth 6x - 8x annual profits to a buyer or $7,200 - $9,600. Of course I would offer the same caveat about the potential devaluation due to number of websites involved.

On the other hand, you could make the case that having 25 websites bringing in this revenue is much safer than having one website bringing in all of your revenues, because if that one website begins to fail, you have nothing else. With 25 websites, if one fails, you will hardly notice it and it will be much easier to replace.

I have a different opinion on all of this. If you have a profitable site, selling that site makes no sense to me.

Getting traffic to a site takes a lot time and a huge effort. And the longer you have the site the more profitable that site will become (provided you're working hard to keep the momentum going).

So... when you sell that site, you get a short term satisfaction with a long term agonizing pain of developing a new site and, again, putting a lot of time and a huge effort in getting organic traffic to that site.

The question is why would you do that? The old site you've just sold could have been producing five times as much as your new site will produce after 6 months or, even, a year. So you've just wasted at least a 6 months of your life for nothing.

When you start thinking in those terms, you will realize that selling a profitable site makes no sense whatsoever.

Flippa would be an alternative, I would recommend trying to find a buyer for the websites, instead of trying to sell them to someone, look for someone who is looking to buy websites, there is enough of them around. Send me a private message with the list of your blogs, I may be interested myself.
