    FB fan page can be a good alternative of app. If you be updated and active in your page then people will start loving you. Then your fan page will be popular and you can use them for your sites.

    to capture email adress of your visitors, you can use an application named "faceboom" ( you can find it in the warrior forum ). With this application you rederict your visitors to squeeze page ( a page ouside facebook to capture emails adress ) after they like your product or service and a lot more possibilities.
