Is Firefox Flaking Out?

Sorry if this is the wrong forum, but I wasn't sure where to ask about this. :(

I updated Firefox to the newest version not too long ago, and it seems like now at least 30% of the time, it simply won't connect to random sites, saying things aren't responding quick enough or something (in about a second). I highly doubt every site just mysteriously started having server problems when I happened to upgrade Firefox. Is this a known issue? Is it happening to anyone else?

I get a "connection reset" I think saying that the server is taking to long to respond. It happens every now and then...

I thought it was just the site getting too much traffic or my internet.

I'm using more than one browser so if it does become a problem I'll just start using Opera more.

Yeah, that's one of the ones I've been getting... but more than every now and then. :( And things flash up in no time at all w/ IE now, but I just prefer not to use it. I guess I may just have to switch back for a while. Glad it's not just me though.

This started being a problem with 1.5 from what I can remember.

I think FF should worry about it and take in consideration of the history of Netscape. MS got the control and can simply wipe out FF if MS want to. :)
