    Search Engine Optimization is all about opinions. The search engines are getting smart each day, but I find that the good old technique of internal linking pages of your website still works and works well. What is your opinion?

    Actually, I think it can be more important than backlinking. Look at Wikipedia - internal links everywhere!

    In my opinion SEO is not as effective as people think anymore! the reason is that there is way too much competition for keywords. There are Marketers that pay other people to spend 8 hours a day finding Keywords! so when you do find one? it is neither bad and no one will ever search it! or it has way too much competition trust me. Marketing is not about being on the first page of Google! It is about finding people interested in whatever you are selling or offering don't you think? I made $1,900 on this New MLM System called The Streamline Funnel alone on September! and I did not use not 1 SEO Technic, I just used different Methods that are very effective.     I try to do it the same way I use keywords...

    Make sure it works for humans (as well as for search engines).

    So I link to related articles on my blog, and people can go back and back on a subject if it interests them.

    At least that's the theory. So far, I haven't done it as much as I should have, but it's on my to-do list, and I've started doing it.

    Also, use anchor links. So if you're writing something about A and you reference B in it, and you have a page or an entry on B, by all means, anchor link that B to the page about B.

    Can't hurt. Will make your readers happy, which will help. And it may well help with search engines too. I'm pretty sure it does.

    I don't think Internal site linking is helpful for SEO but it is good for search engines to reach ALL pages of your site.

    Definitely - get those links pointing to the most important pages on your site that you want to rank. Whether it's more effective than external backlinks, I'd be interested to see.

    yes it works and a important part of seo that boost search engines, and you will get maximum search result through this, but that all links should be do follow links, and when you are going to linking one thing also works which is anchor tag, keep on link building that always grow your business high.

    Sure, internal linking is great make sure you anchor text link the keyword phrase that you are optimizing on. Dont make them too long.

    internal links help alot, so much so that i make sure that all my pages (main pages and landing pages) have at least one link that takes the visitor to the main (home page)

    Internal website structure is a SEO's onpage process and helping web crawlers to crawl pages one page into another . It helps in SERP's and rankings.
    website should be easy naigation so that visitor could stay at your site.

    Yes, internal linking is helpful. An html sitemap (not just an xml) sitemap can really be helpful too. It is like a table of content, and both human visitors and bots follow them.
