Is it difficult to change the editor?

I advertise courses and qualifications on my site, when I upload a course I have to input the course information in html format for it to then display correctly on page. However, I have now developed the site to allow the course providers to have access where they can add courses or edit the info of existing in their own menu system.

However, as most of my clients don't have basic html skills they require a visual editor rather than purely html.

Is this easy to achieve? What/if any changes would I need to make to the database setup? What do I need to do in page?

I have attached a jpeg which shows the current view and an idea of the desired view.

Please help? Current to desired view.jpg

Mhh... I think you could use an already existing editor.

The one that comes to my mind is TinyMCE

    Just go to their homepage
    http://www.tinymce.com
    Code (markup):
go to the "try it" section and look if it is what you need.
