    It doesn't really break the Adsense TOS but if you really want visitors to keep coming back to your site, I humbly suggest you get rid of some of the ads that take away from the readability and useablity of your site. Look at some of the sites in my signature and see how not to over-do the adsense ads.

    Plus, you're putting all your eggs in one basket. I highly recommend never using Adsense for 100% of your ad space. You need to mix and match with some CPA networks because if you do get banned by Adsense (which happens quite frequently), you won't lose everything.

    Hmmm. You might want to get rid of the ads below and use something else than adsense.
    The upper right looks ok to me.
