    see...first of all, in this thread you shouldn't write that much big, And btw design is not going to increase your profit...It just depends upon the placement of ads..

    btw you have 2 huge free space columns so please get a better template and utilize it properly...

    design is just one thing you need.. but most importantly it should go with content and site visitors. as you need good content to get visitors coming back to your website..

    I think the only way to increase earnings by changing your site design is to place your ads better. The where-abouts of the ads on your site can really have different earnings, you'd be surprised.

    You should focus on the content first, and traffics second. No design or layout would help if your visitors are below 1k per day....

    I think you must have maximum 3 ads on page. I am new in Adsense but i think it's a Google rule = maximum 3 ads / page. So, remove some ads if you don't want a ban !
