    To take my current site and modify the layout so that blog fully display blog entries from my wordpress blog. make it display them under the black banner and make the site fluid so it only goes down to so many entries. Would I just parse that? Also i want to take the pictures in the boxes and add them to the left side. and I wanna make it so someone on the backened can easily modify those as needed.

    I was thinking of using simplecms to help manage my site. I now have a little staff on my team so im trying make it easy for them and upcoming staff to edit our pages.

    any help or suggestions be appreciated.

    Yes, it's possible. If you don't know how to do all those things yourself, then that's really the kind of thing website designers get paid to do.
