    No. They should be outside riding bicycles and building tree houses. No computers until they're 16.

    Yeah. Children at their growing phase have to do a lot of physical activity to be healthy and active. Indoor games like video and PC games will make them sedentary and affect them them both physically and mentally. Let them go out, breathe fresh air, play and quarrel with the peers. This is the way to get emotional growth.

    Its more than just being stuck indoors, these days children are growing up in such a sterile enviroment it cant be healthy for them.
    Lack of exercise and exposure to fresh air is not good.
    Also how are they supposed to build up any sort of immune system in such a sterile enviroment?
    The scary thing is that as a race we are natuarlly adaptable, so what is the human race going to end up like..........?

    It's ok as long as not too much, maybe 1 or 2 hour in the weekend and play together with all the family member

    Sure as long as their indoor time is balanced with outdoor activities and family interaction time. Moderation in all things helps children grow up balanced.

    its not good all the time for children to let them play indoor games. Your children have to play outdoor games also as well as indoor. Let your children socialise it will for there benefits.
