Is it secure to have freelance web developer/programmer or in-house.. ?

    Hello All,

    I want to know what is the secure way, and much more smart and cost-effective?

    Freelancer   OR    In-house programmer?


    1) Like if we chose freelance programmer, so we have to give him .psd designs for him to code etc... so is it secure, that he wont steal the concept or such ?  Or very normally any programmer does such thing?
     
    2) Is it cost effective to have freelancer or in-house programmer?


    PLease kindly advise soonest.

    Also does any one has a copy of Non-Disclousre Agreement and Legal Agreement  if we chose freelancer.

    I need some advises please.

    If you find a reputable freelancer, you will most certainly be secure. Just make sure you ask for references. Although in-house, you will have a lot more control.
