    I would say that it depends on who you are targeting. There are plenty of businesses out there that are unaffected by the recession.

    recession period effected all the business somehow.. so many people lost the investment power. so many companies closed down. can say seo business is not that effected, stills so many website owners want their website seo to be done, but i believe if there was no any recession time, then we programmers and seo specialists will have more opportunities..

    The Internet is global and is not dependent on any country or economy. That is all offline?
