Is it worth $600? Please help me assess!

Recently I've been offered to purchase www.UploadPSD.com for the price in the title. I hope someone can give me advice whether this is a worth-while deal.

    www.UploadPSD.com
    PR - 5 (for www.upload.psd)
PR - 1 (with the http:// extention and without the "www."

Backlinks - Not sure.. Could someone maybe help me here?

Traffic - Around 50 uniques a day from google.

    I have two questions.

1- Would this be a wise purchase for it's price assuming no future development?

2- Is this a wise term Investment, assuming I develop and optimise the site? Is $600 worth the potential of this site, IYO?

    Thanks for any help!
    Jacob

So you are planning to pay $600 solely because of the PR?

Thumb rule: Do not pay anything for PR unless you are going to sell links from the site.
If that site has thousands of visitors every day its of course worth the price. 50 uniques ? NO!!

Does it have any revenue at all? If not, than I would probably so no, it is not worth $600.

like they said, any revenue? the design is simple and i didnt see any adverts. so even you bought for 600$, how can you get those money back? so not really worth it. I think ask a coder to write script and do all other works yrself might be even cheaper. just my opinion. not really worth it.

Since you called us asses on your first post, yes I think you should waste your 600$ dollars on such a website.

I didn't mean to offend anyone by asking for help. I don't know why some people seem to be taking my question as some sort of slap in the face. I needed an answer and needed it quick, which is what I got. For that and for the honest, no-BS answers, thank you! So please accept apology in thinking highly of the digitalpoint members' intelligent and well versed knowledge on the subject of internet business.

I do plan to stick around for a while so I'd like not to be bumping heads with anyone on my first post!

Again, thanks for the help and my apologies for not introducing myself first.

    Thanks,
    Jacob
