    The first thing I recommend is getting your own domain. Free domains like .tk usually contain horrible looking spammy sites. The second thing I would do is get rid of the ad block at the top of the content area. I as a user want to see your content first away, not a big ad block.

    I recommend to change this big ad block with 468x60 unit and also blend the colors of ads with the colors of the blog. On most sites that helps to increase CTR.

    as stated above, get a top level domain. you ads placement is nice. just put another skyscraper ad in ur site.

    I think your placement is good enough but i think it's better if you have 3 post in each page and put your ads between post..:D
