It's quite good but it's compromising the navigation of your site. ie. your blog archive is hard to read.

If I were you, I would try to spread the ad and link units around a little bit. It seems that all are currently concentrated on the top part.

Looks ok too me!! You have the ads placed in positions where its visible to your visitors. So there is higher number of chances of getting clicks.

I don't know if you done this on purpose or u accidentally stumbled on it, but having your font size for the content smaller than the google Adsense font is actually an EXCELLENT idea, it draws people eyes to the ads...very good

In top just below header you have posted some links under it Making money with Adsense . In this section why don't you use link ads in same size .

second go to layout than page elements and than click to edit Archives . select flat style and remove Hierarchy one . It is not looking good .

The placement is ok, but i reccommend a banner on the top one instead of a box...

I also see that it is maily white, other than the top banner.

Take a look and consider changing this and making it look more appealing, (More referals that way)

    Good Luck with your Blog,
    ~ Mike

I think you should put the large rectangle box in between posts. You have enough ads on top already.

Very nice and I think it will get you good results. I like how you grabbed the attention of the visitor to the left ads by the glowing $ in the header :)

Seens ok but I might take the ads out of the header. There seems to be too many right next to each other and its probably not necessary.
