    If the goal is to drive traffic to your website from Facebook, you'd probably be better off with Facebook Ads. Since the organic reach on Facebook is so poor, you'll have to pay for them eventually.

    It would be a complete waste of $8000. Rest assured that those likes will be fakes or, at the very least, from people who are being paid to simply like the page but will NEVER visit it afterwards.

    Yes! and it is an unsafe one too! at the end of the day you are going to achieve nothing with having tones of irrelevant audiences. You can start gaining genuine likes with a little effort by integrating multimedia based resources like inforgraphics and videos. Sometimes a single good share can bring wonderful number of likes for you
