    I felt my old design may have been pushing the TOS so I've updated my current layout and just want another set of eyes to make sure I'm not violating anything.

    it looks okay to me except for the left sidebar, I would turn the border white, then the text black to make it fit in better though.

    I've added the banner across the main page and it gets an amazing CTR. Double everything else on my website at least. Am I still within the guidelines?

    Looks good. Doesn't violate any TOS.

    How about when you click on "deals" or "information", why don't you make those ads to have a white background as well instead of a dark grey background to blend them in as well?
