    I have two sections of my site that I want to make sure are okay.

    1.The home page.

    Is the image violating TOS? Should it be made smaller?


    2. The 404 error page.

    Are adsense units allowed on 404 pages? (I have found conflicting opinions)
    There are many other links on the page so the user is not forced to click adsense.

    Trying to to the right thing here.

    I think I will email google.

    Even though I am trying to do the right thing, i prefer to not contact them. I like the fly low and avoid the radar philosophy.
