    It looks in compliance with the TOS. I don't the in-post ads look very good - would be better if you could put them between posts instead of in them. When forum traffic picks up you're going to get very bored of pasting your ad code otherwise!

    You are using a 468x60 format, but limiting the width to 234. I think Changing the adsence generated code is againts there TOS.

    At the moment everything seems okay. Just watch out for spammers and so on as you grow as it may cause irrelevant ads to appear.

    Yes it very much is, and also the posts in the ads appear under the name of guest: which cannot be there, it should either be sponsors or adverisments.
