    First of all you are posting in the wrong section!

    No one really knows if there site will get a good pr on the next pr update. Only Google knows that so it would be best to keep working on your SEO.

    We wont be able to tell by just looking at the site.

    The only things that will change your PR are things like amount of visits and your backlinks and other stuff like that.
