    I'm new here. I had made some local website before ,it's in Thai, so I don't know how to promote it (Can you suggest me promoting a website ,where to post or etc.?)

    I've done a webdesign pad , I think it's useful for you.

    and about ad position , Is it OK?

    If you're serious about this, you should at least register your own domain name! You might try blending the ads by making the background and border the same color.
