Is oDesk trusted for working?

Of course they are making a great cut nobody, why do you think they have been along for such a long time and kept growing? You have to realize that their business model is great as they also creat value for the employers as well as for the employees and are at the same time making good money

No Argument there, but let me make my original point again to you. You said 10% is standard. So your saying other professional employee management companies like ADP also charge 10%? And how do you know this?

 

I've worked with oDesk for a long while (hiring people), and I think its a great resource, Ive not heard of anyone being scammed through it, as long as you use common sense you should do fine.

 

I use them all the time. With these types of networks all you need to do is check the reliability of the freelancer, and thats on their profile.

 

oDesk is great for quick jobs. Eventually if you are working well you might be a full time job offered to you.

 

Yes oDesk is a good freelance site, i have many friends working at their.I will try to get some project from their,but i can't because ,i have not a strong portfolio.If you will do one or more projects in oDesk they will trust you and get u more projects .
