    I really dont think so you can place them anywhere but dont have pics to close or any text encuraging clicks.

    yes you can place between title and content , infact it is the best place,
    only thing is title sholud not have any words like click etc, sholud be a normal title,
    I mean its allowed..

    You can, but it cant be misleading....

    Something Like "Best Deals On Dog Training Books" Or "Discount Deals On Acne Cream" is misleading and people might confuse the ads for content.

    It's important to keep that in ming.

    If it's not misleading in some way, then yes you're allowed.
    Make sure there is enough space between the ads and the title / content.
    And as writingman1421 said, don't use misleading titles.

    they wont get confused.
