Is Pligg stable/easy enough to set up properly?

I am not yet promoting my pligg site here http://www.wrigg.net so basically the template I used is the default.

 

One of the best templates I have seen so far was released a week or so ago. Since my account will not let me post links you can find the template in the template forum at pligg.com/forum. It's called Digital Nature.

 

Pligg as a lot of potential but I think it still needs some minor fixes. One of the most annoying is that it takes way to long to load.

 

I have an older version of Pligg running on one of my sites. Gets good search engine traffic so I'm happy with it
