Is Revenue different with a higher CTR?

I do not have Adsense throughout my entire website at this time.

Some of my directories are getting 15-30% click throughs but only receive 100-300 impressions. Other pages receive 500+ impressions and a very low CTR such as 1-2%.

Does it lower the amount of revenue earned of the combined CTR of all Channels on website bring the CTR lower or should one be worried more about impressions and attempting to get the best CTR possible for that page?

I receive a huge volume throughout my entire website, should I be placing Adsense on more pages or focus on the pages that get the most clicks?

The best thing to do is experiment around with different layouts, placements, etc. and then stick with the one that yields the best results. AdSense is all about trial and error.
